At Port City Direct Primary Care, our monthly membership fee ensures that all your healthcare needs are fully covered. Standard Membership Pricing
- Older Adults (40+ years) - $120 per month
- Young Adults (18-39 years) - $100 per month
- Children (0-17 years) - $30/child with Adult Membership ($50 for 1st child if no Adult Membership).
Monthly membership fee is billed at the end of the month
Multiple Adult Discount – $20 off per month for all adults after the primary patient
